Mother Nature is certainly an everyday challenge for scheduling. All work onsite was started with a prompt arrival. Teams creativeness in performing a 1.5 tree felling task was done efficiently with surgical precision. Thank you for all you do.

An arborist came out to give me an estimate. Two crews arrived on schedule and they did a very professional job. Will definitely use them again.

My tree trimming was done on 7/30/2020. They were chosen randomly by me over the internet. They were VERY good.They were prompt with responding with a quote. The 2 men that came to do the trimming were efficient. I was asked to look at the trees before they left the property. The clean up was superb! I would recommend them and would hyave them again. The service we received from this company was fantastic. George was polite, super efficient, and his knowledge about trees was incredible. He gave us a quote within 24 hours. We had 2 other quotes too. We thought George was the most knowledgeable. We were very impressed. The 2 gentleman that came out for the work Were exceptional. They were highly skilled and very respectful and nice too. They were very hard workers. They cleaned up really well. My wife and I were 100% pleased with the job they did. We would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

We had a tree removed that fell on our house, the crew was very friendly and expertly removed this tree, separating the tree into about five key parts. The way it fell on the house, there was a danger that falling limbs could easily damage the structure further but the arborist handled it perfectly. Great work.

We had our driveway sealcoated the day before our neighbor had a tree cut down. We have a shared driveway that splits halfway up and I had multiple cones on my driveway so there was no mistaking the driveway was just done. CVTS drive over a small portion of my driveway causing marks, air bubbles, and pooling of sealcoat. I have had trees cut down in the past and used Bartlett's and they did a good job for a reasonable price. Also know people who have used Lenk's and they were pleased. Any of these companies would be a much better option than this joke of a company!

21 dead trees cut down and debris removed. Those tree stumps plus other tree stumps left over from a prior job were ground down. Chose to have the grinding debris left in place. How bad could it be? It's a mess; wouldn't recommend doing that again - should have paid to have that debris removed, too. Live and learn. Team was professional and removed everything they were supposed to remove. Very happy with the work. Thank you.

Services is delayed by builder not Cumberland.

The crew was extremely efficient at performing their work. They didn't quite arrive on time, but once they did they got right to work. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. Now, there is a downside that I am still very upset about, but I guess I should have discussed this with Fred prior to the actual remove date. This tree was here when I moved in and my son grew up climbing this tree, it provided us with plenty of shade over the years and it was kind of "a friend" to me after my husband passed away. A neighbor volunteered to make a small table out of a cross-cut section of the tree once it was cut down. When I asked the job foreman if it was possible, I was told it would be too much extra work for them, and that they would not do it. Imagine my disappointment. So, if you have a "special request", talk it over with the boss prior to service. Otherwise, the job was done in an excellent, efficient manner.

I would rate the falling of trees and removal of brush as a A and the crew to remove stumps/roots as an A too. I would recommend have tree service remove stump grindings. A lot of hard work to remove grindings. If I had more trees to remove they would be my #1 choice.

Cumberland Valley Tree Service was very responsive to our needs. The worked us into their schedule to cutdown two trees damaged by a winter storm to include removing of all the brush/wood as well as grounding the stumps. Would hire again.

The two workers did an outstanding job. They carefully did an outstanding clean up. They were very punctual and worked very hard at their job. They finished the job in less time than expected. I am very pleased the job done. This is an outstanding company and I will recommend them.

The representative was Travis and he was great. He did the work in an hour. Very prompt and wonderful to work with A+ service and very reasonable price!

Excellent. Individuals were very courteous and professional. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Went above and beyond in ridding yard of roots surrounding the tree.

The tree was cut down properly and my lawn was left in great shape during the first phase which is when the tree is cut and the stump left to be ground. The crew returned several days later after having the ground checked for wires and pipes to grind the stump. I have never had a stump ground before so I was unsure what to expect. I opted to clean up the leftover wood chips in order to save a $100 or so... or so I thought. The amount of debris that was left covered my entire yard. There were even chips on my roof, front porch and the street. The individual who cut the tree pointed the gigantic saw so that all the debris was flying towards my front door and windows. Luckily there was no damage from the larger pieces I found during the cleanup process. Mind you the area in which he had to work with was clean and there weren't any large obstacles besides a flower bed which could be worked around. After sending a nice email explaining the situation I was basically told... you get what you pay for. Well... thanks Cumberland Valley Tree Service. Don't hire these fools to grind your stumps or else you may find additional unwanted damage to the home. I was lucky in my case, but maybe the next guy won't be.

The team from Cumberland Valley Tree Services is excellent. The estimator communicated very well in scheduling a visit to my property, arrived on time, and explained my options and exactly what they would do. The quotation was timely and explicit in it's detail. The crew that did the work did a great job - carefully taking down and removing several trees that were in very close proximity to my neighbor's house and fence. They were very careful and neat, and did a great job cleaning up. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and definitely recommend them.
