The team from Cumberland Valley Tree Services is excellent. The estimator communicated very well in scheduling a visit to my property, arrived on time, and explained my options and exactly what they would do. The quotation was timely and explicit in it's detail. The crew that did the work did a great job - carefully taking down and removing several trees that were in very close proximity to my neighbor's house and fence. They were very careful and neat, and did a great job cleaning up. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and definitely recommend them.

Great! The crew was exceptional in every way; punctual, courteous and professional. The job went very smoothly since they worked like a well-oiled machine. We made some changes along the way without any difficulty.

I called on Monday to request a quote and spoke with a very polite and organized person in the office. She told me they could come give a quote without me being there which was awesome since I have a very busy work schedule. I received the quote by email on Tuesday which was much faster than I was expecting. I emailed my approval and they said the work would be done within 1-3 weeks. I was amazed to come home on Friday of he same week and find it was already completed! I am so impressed with the service and quality of work that I received! I went from requesting a quote to having the work completed in 5 days and I did not have to disrupt my work schedule at all!

Arborist Fred Schrum came to my property in September and we walked my property with me to evaluate the health of my trees and look at trimming needs near the house. Fred recommended removal of one tree and explained why he would remove it. He seemed extremely knowledgable and was willing to answer any questions I had. I took advantage of the winter discount they offered which provides a discount if you are willing to wait until the winter and allow the work to be completed at their convenience over the winter months. They contacted me in early February to complete the work. The team that did the work was skilled and able to professionally answer any questions I had. I plan to schedule additional work with them as my plans evolve.

The estimator knew the species of each tree and how much to trim without damage to the tree. When the trimming crew came they were very methodical in their movement around the property so as to not damage any other property. They were very efficient and meticulous in the cleanup faze of the operation. Overall: Excellent

Quote was provided in a timely manner. Price was a little high but within range of other companies. Work was done well. However, there was a long delay between the agreement signing and the work being completed. I had to call multiple times to find out when to expect them to start. The person answering the phone was courteous and very efficient. The person I was working with was not proactive in letting me know about the delay and keeping me informed of the estimated work date.

Arrived when promised in spite of rain earlier in the day. Worked efficiently and as quietly as possible. Did an excellent job of cleaning up.

This company is awesome. We had huge tree branches falling from the biggest ash tree weekly. One fell on our house a punctured a hole through the roof. We called and Fred responded promptly. He came out and recognized immediately the extreme danger that the trees imposed and put us on the schedule to have the trees removed within two weeks. He needed to coordinate with a crane company so that the trees could be removed in sections over our house as it was too dangerous to have them cut down by climbing them. The crew was amazing, working tirelessly to remove and clean up these trees one giant section at a time. One of the most important aspects of this job for us was safety for all and CVTS coordinated and completed the project without a hitch. Fantastic job guys!! *Note - over half the cost of this job was for the 110 ton crane

They were easy to work with. One phone call and it was taken care of.

3 Men came and performed the work. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up afterward - raking the yard of all debris. The tree looks great and now will with stand winds well.
