It went GREAT!! Matt was able to "take over" my computer and verify what was printing and what wasn't. Then he searched for upgraded drivers for my particular Ricoh printer. After installing the necessary driver he had me print from various sources and everything was printing as it should. Very efficient and professional!! I will definitely call Matt the next time I have a computer issue.
