Description of Work: I sought and received an estimate for work. He said it would be a couple weeks to schedule. I called him weekly to find out if he knew a date yet for the work so I could secure the day off from work. He went off on me on the phone! Ranting and raving and hollering. He said he didn't understand why I had to be there for the work?? I was going to have major tree work done on my property for $4000 plus - I want to be there! I don't think that is unusual. He said i caught him on a bad day (real professional!) and he didn't want to do my job anymore. A major set back for me to have to secure another company and wait for scheduling etc. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated like that by anyone before and definitely would not want others to experience that either.

JIM'S WORK WAS TOP NOTCH AND HIS PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. ALWAYS ON TIME AND SPENT EXTRA TIME EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY.
Description of Work: REMOVAL OF UNWANTED TREES, DISPOSAL OF OLD WOOD, STUMP GRINDING, AND REMOVING DEAD LIMBS FROM TREES.
