We have used this company for many home improvement projects over the years. They have always been friendly and,professional and exceeded our expectations time and time again.

It went really well. Dustin and his crew kept me very well informed about what was going on and they were very timely. They showed up early and worked late to get the job done within the timeframe established. We were very pleased with their work. We would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Chris and John arrived as expected and immediately, after consultation with my husband and me, went to work. They were extremely neat and cleaned up as they went along. They found no water damage but that the builder had missed studs when originally installing the siding, so that is what caused it to buckle. I am very conscious of all details in my home and was worried that the color and texture between the vinyl and the aluminum would be glaring, but the color on which we settled matches almost perfectly. I am very pleased with the result. They worked quickly and efficiently. When we asked about a slight gap between the new siding and the stone exterior, they said they would recommend someone to contact us to apply a thin coat of the same color cement.

Every nail is picked up and every shingle is put down with care. These men are fantastic tradesmen. They care about QUALITY and they go above and beyond what other companies would even consider doing. Their company is successful - by word of mouth. They completed my HUGE roof (including my shed) in 4 days - with replacement of my 5 skylights. They even matched my inside stain perfectly. They previously replaced the cedar shake roof on my father's house...Another fantastic job! I highly recommend John Breuer Home Modernization!

Great experience end-to-end. We got bids from 10 companies and, while Breuer was not rock bottom, their bid was well below the average. None of the sales process BS that some companies try to pull. Materials used were as specified (GAF architectural shingles) and work is high quality. Our neighborhood is ~20 years old so all of the houses have needed roofing in the past couple of years (or will very soon) and Breuer has done most of the replacements. Highly recommended!

JIM BREUER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. IN FACT, OUT OF 4 COMPANIES, HE WAS THE FIRST TO CALL ME BACK, AND THE FIRST TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE ROOF WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. HE WAS ALSO THE BEST PRICE I GOT FOR THE JOB.
