My basement had flooding during Hurricane Irene. The finished area of the basement had a wall to wall carpet that was soaked and dirty but I figured was salvageable if cleaned. I called Bob and got his answering service--he called me back within minutes and set up a convenient appointment the next morning. He arrived on time and was very professional. He extracted all of the water from the carpet, cleaned it, and used a mildew preventative on it. He removed the soaked carpet pad and put it out on the curb for me. He left fans in my basement to help dry the carpet. The price was higher than what I would spend on a regular carpet cleaning but I had never needed a water extraction done before so I have no basis of comparison. I liked his rating and reviews on Angie's list so I decided to go with him and he gave me quick service and good quality so the price was immaterial in that situation.

He was punctual, polite and nice to deal with. He has very fair pricing. He came back to get out soot from the fireplace that had gotten all over our living room carpet. He squeezed us in before we left town for two weeks. They both came out very well.
