Things did not go well. When I first called, I was asked to wait two months to begin. Two months became three months but we finally got started. I had a consultation with the owner, Beth, and it went well. She laid out a plan of what we would do next. The plan was to have a number of contractors and providers come to my house. They were to give us their design ideas and prices. On this day I was to pick out the window treatments for my entire house. I was disappointed that Beth did not show, only her assistant came.This happenened twice. I did not want to work exclusively with her assistant, I wanted to work with Beth. I told Beth how I felt. Afterwords I received an email from Beth telling me that she was too busy to continue working with me! Five months after I first contacted her she left my job!!! Now I have to start from scratch with someone new.

We met Beth when we engaged Tom Hawks from Total Home solution in renovating our new condo. Beth came as the designer on the project and thanks to her vast experience and her wonderful personality, she turned into a major contributor in turning an old condominium into a dream home. Beth understood what we needed and guided us through the renovation process with a caring hand. Her ability to listen, communicate, and translate into a set of detailed plans was beyond any expectation that we had. Beth helped us with the moving process by suggesting ideas on how to use our furniture in the new home. She listened and understood what we wanted and what our budget limitation was. ?I got you covered? was a favorite sentence that she had. And she really did. Our renovation included breaking walls and building others. She is the best space planner we have met. The ?fun bathroom? that we asked for turned into a dream come true, and we still had enough space to build a walk-in closet. She was with us all through the selection criteria and demonstrated her ability to read what we love and help us make the right choices. I have to add that while the renovation was on-going, we were in a process of selling our old house and getting ready to move. Having Beth on our side in this stressful time a gift! I cannot make any comment regarding the price since she negotiate it with Total Home Solution. Beth runs her own business and we will definitely hire her again and recommend her to others.
