Some plants were planted over existing plants. Plants stuck in ground, leaving roots exposed. Roots of plants were not exposed and spread to plant properly. The edging was not done properly, so the first rainfall, dirt and mulch washed out. Some of the shrubs and plants did not survive. I called, e-mailed, and called again, e-mailed again until I finally received a response. They said they would come out and look. They eventually came out, said they would replace dead plants, and correct mistakes. More time went by. Months later, after repeated phone calls, we went to small claims court.
