+ -1 moreWe hired this company to do a slew of projects around the house. Ranging from basic to more involved jobs, everything was done promptly and very well. The owner, Tim, is extremely knowledgeable about most everything regarding house repairs, renovations, etc. In addition to having a team of people that can handle most types of jobs, Tim advised us on various solutions which were both practical and money-saving! We not only would hire them again, we are working on a list other projects we need help with shortly. Finding someone trustworthy that charges fairly for their work isn't that easy in my area and professional service and great value don't always go together. Therefore, Tim and his team are the best find we've come across since moving here!
Description of Work: Installation of lighting in attic storage room, family room, removal and installation of kitchen island, cabinet height adjustment, trim work, ceiling hole patchwork, various other odd jobs.

Professional Property Preparation, LLC offers the following services: Our primary services include the normal preparation of a property for sale: painting, repairs, minor improvements, cleaning and preparation. We know where you should allocate money and where you should not. We also offer extended services for landscaping, cleaning and property touch ups while the property is listed.
We do not do anything structural. Georgia has strict General Contracting Licensing requirements for a reason! Do not use a not licensed GC for structural or other license required work. We are not GCs, we are property preparation experts.
