Description of Work: All 3 options were selected and paid for: OPTION I: Interior Foundation Waterproofing (approx.828sf) 1. Wire Brush foundation walls to remove loose dirt and debris. 2. Spot patch/pointing cracks and holes in foundation. 3. Apply three coats of cementitious waterproofing system to the three elevations under bilco doors only. (83sf) 4. Stitch existing foundation crack to the right of bilco door. 5. Apply two coats of a waterproof coating to all four elevations. 6. Replace existing sealant around all window perimeters and access-ways. 7. Neatly re-seal joints using urethane sealant to prevent moisture from entering. 8. Install backer-rod as needed. OPTION II : Foundation Window Replacement 1. Remove deteriorated right elevation metal window frame. 2. Level and frame out replacement window & frame for glass block. 3. Install Glass Block windows. 4. Neatly re-seal joints using urethane sealant to prevent moisture from entering. 5. Install backer-rod as needed. Contract Price for Option II: The Contract price for the above-described Work within Option II is: $475.00 OPTION III : Installation of Exterior Drainage System 1. We will install a 16” x 19” trench along the right side elevation, approx 40 LF (Manually excavated) 2. We will then install a soil fabric along the bottom of the trench 3. Following the soil fabric installation, we will then install a 5”inch perforated drainage pipe, along the bottom of the newly excavated trench and tie them together to drain all standing water away from the residence. 4. The drainage pipe will then be surrounded with 2”inch perforated spacers, in order to aid in water disbursement. 5. Following the pipe installation, we will then back-fill the soil, and grade appropriately
