Well you know what happens when something breaks down and you donà ¢à  à  t know who to call so you asked neighbors and friends and they all give you somebody different. So I went into Pliance repair and read reviews and this company Mr. appliance got 4.9 starts to five stars ship most everybody. A neighbor was very happy with her repair man but when I looked up the reviews he only got two stars. So I called Mr. appliance and they were very accommodating and fit me in the next day. They told me thatà ¢à  à  s all Tom does is fix his refrigerators heà ¢à  à  s an expert. And he wise I asked him so many questions and he answered everyone he did not get annoyed by my questioning. He even recommended that I get a surge protection for the refrigerator. He was extremely helpful professional and had a very nice personality. I want people to know that before I called I started researching new refrigerators thanking was 12 years old maybe Ià ¢à  à  ll get a new one but when Tom came he said why get a new one when I can fix this. And he ordered the part he came and fixed it it was he was in and out in less than a half hour and all is well. I highly recommend especially when you donà ¢à  à  t know who else to call and you look at recommendations

Technician looked for cost effective repair opinions even if only reasonable opinion was to replace. In our case the troubleshooting lead to a much lesser cost solution. Refrigerator preforming as well as when new (in 2009).

The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great.

The tech arrived on time with a photo email before arriving. The tech was very professional and did his job very well. He answered all my questions about my appliance and returned one week later with the new part for my dryer and it's been working great. I would use Mr. Appliance again.
