The guys came out on time and did a really good job. My point of contact, Rick Patton, was very professional and informative. They are priced competitively and we plan on using them again in the future.

Robert King made a special trip to provide the estimate for extensive work. I was ready to award the work to him, but another reputable provider provided an offer I couldn't refuse for this substantial debris cleanup which will require crane work for 4 trees to be removed and stump grinding. My past experience with the firm was very positive and I came very close to awarding the work this time. I will always include this firm in any consideration for tree/brush removal or tree pruning. The response is excellent and the work performed on time as described. This contractor is highly recommended.

We were out of power for 4 days and quickly ran out of firewood. I called Rob who came by that evening with wood from his personal collection to ensure our family was taken care of. He delivered it himself after hours and did not want to charge me for it. I forced a check on him. Quality service, quality product, QUALITY HUMAN BEINGS.

The owner discussed in detail each limb that would be trimmed and how it would be accomplished. He arrived first thing in the morning with an assistant. They used a cherry picker to access limbs without any damage to stonework or existing lawn or shrubs or trees. The owner supervised every step and the work was accomplished efficiently. Firewood was provided from the cuttings. All scraps were carefully collected and removed from the site. No debris was left. The experience could not have been better.

They were very good and I would use them again.

I will hire him again; he has not done the work yet. He was knowledgeable, funny and he had a good personality. He came when he said he was going to and knew what he was doing.

They do excellent work at a reasonable price. I did have to wait for the estimate due to storms that had hit our area, however they informed me upfront and gave me a time that was 2 weeks out. They showed up as promised and from there it was very smooth. Nice pruning, made the tree look great and did a good cleanup before leaving

The guy came out a few days later. We had a really big tree that came down. He suggested manual labor because there would be no way to get a crane back there. He said it would be two men at $225.00 an hour but gave no time table.

I had a very positive experience with them. I liked their competence and general professionalism. They knew what they were doing and they took care in what they were rather than getting things done fast. Their prices were in line with everybody else.

Had a little trouble getting started, but on 3rd try for an appointment, it was done in a hurry and the work was excellent....highly recommend this family business. Very nice people...

Estimate provided was fair. Job was performed in 2 phases. Phase 1 (50 foot tree removal) was performed ahead of schedule. However, the large sections of tree were left to sit on my front lawn for a week and a half thus burning out and killing areas of the grass. Phase 2 (removal of large bushes and stump grinding) was completed 1.5 weeks late and only after I threatened to go to another service. Several phone calls regarding status, scheduling were never returned.

We had quite a bit of tree damage as a result of the winter storms. One tree (a white pine) was severely damaged but still standing and overhanging the house. Another tree (an ash) was not in good shape either. Chadds Ford Tree Service came out and gave us an estimate and I got an estimate from another tree service -- CFTS was lower by $1000. They gave us a proposed service date 10 days in the future and were punctual. I asked them to take down another tree while they were here which they did for a fair extra charge. They did a great job removing the leaning white pine that was jeopardizing the house. The best part, though, was the tree trimming that they did with the bucket truck. Very skilled work. All trees and trimmings were chipped up and they raked the lawn. The place looked great when they left. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They don't get better than this outfit. Robert showed up on time, gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He and his crew did more than we asked and ensured that our property was completely cleaned after every day. Robert refused to take any money until the job was complete and we were satisfied. I would have paid twice the amount from another outfit and gotten half the quality.
