I'm very happy to post this review. Frank Patrono of Top Job has been cleaning our home for more than two years now. No idea why it's taken me this long to provide a review. What can I say that the ratings don't? The ratings tell you that Frank is Responsive, Punctual, Professional, and provides Quality service at a very fair Price. So here's what the ratings DON'T tell you: My husband and I both work at home. Our son attends a cyber charter school so he also is home many days. Frank is courteous, always trying to clean "around" us. I do not have him work in my home office as I'm usually on the phone but if I'm not, he has no problem darting in to tidy up for me. We've asked him to help with Spring cleaning or preparing for the holidays and he's always more than happy to oblige. He never tries to upsell us. When I asked if we should have our carpets cleaned he told me to go ahead and wait until after the spring thaw so he could get any winter grime out at the same time. When my husband wound up in the hospital and my son was younger, Frank would happily keep an eye on him so that I could run errands. He even brought cookies his wife had baked! Before our kitty passed away, Frank would gently lift him up and move him to another location so that he could vacuum, and then return our little guy to his preferred space. Frank truly personifies "housekeeper" ... he treats our house as I imagine he'd treat his own. So not only do we have a clean house, but we have one of the nicest men working hard and reliably to keep it that way.
