excavators, mulch, drain pipe
+ 1 moreIt went very well. They did a real good job finding and repairing leaks in my roof, replacing defective gutters and downspouts. They then did a project to add drainage pipes front and rear. Reshaped the land and brought in topsoil to ensure that water runs away from the house instead of into it. I am very pleased and am hiring them to do additional projects. They are courteous, prompt and stand behind their work.

+ -1 moreAs of Nov 4th, the contractors have never return to finish the job. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Eric by email, phone and text, he has completely ignored my calls. We were forced to hire someone else to help finish the job. We have also paid for materials again. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Eric has called my husband on one occasion to tell him he underbid the job. however, it was Eric who insisted on a signed contract outlining the cost that he worked up himself. He has also not returned the house key. This will be litigated thru small claims.
Description of Work: Contractor was hired to gut and remodel a house. Was paid 78% of job cost. Including materials that I dont have. I.E. ..window, door, sliding glass door. Contract stated that he would provide those item and bathroom tile and paint. Work was started on or about 8/1/16 and I was assured that it would be completed by xmas. Eric Korman was rarely present at the job site and took limited phones calls if he replied at all.

Description of Work: They installed two curved shower curtain rods in each of my two full bathrooms and did an excellent job. Their pricing scale is very fair too.
