Description of Work: We used Sodworks a couple times for snow removal. They did a fine job. Then, we called to have our name added to the list so he would just come automatically when it snowed. 2 weeks later we had a very large snowstorm. After about 6 inches we noticed he had not come yet. So, I called and he assured me he would be out that evening then again in the morning. He never showed up and I was left with about 20 inches of snow in my driveway. I made several calls to him the next morning and left several messages. There was never a return call. I've never heard from him. I now use a different company for snow removal.
