From start to finish, their entire Team was professional in how they approached the job. And, they provided high quality service at a reasonable and competitive cost. We were VERY impressed with how the owner of the company provided us with a complete overview and confirmation of what we could expect and then remained in touch as the job progressed. The primary painters, Jose and Luis, with additional help from Benjy, were simply THE BEST! They were quite skilled at and knowledgeable about painting - as well as cheerful and a general delight to have in our home for 3 days. They did a beautiful job and we (who co-owned one of the Lehigh Valley's largest home inspection business for nearly 2 decades) are beyond pleased! CertaPro of the GLV is a woman-owned business, and the attention to detail definitely shows! We will absolutely use CertaPro of the GLV again for any future painting jobs!

Cesai and Rob did an excellent job. They exceeded expectations by getting the job completed faster than expected without sacrificing quality. We couldn't find any fixups! They They cleaned the sink area so that it was cleaner than when they started and anything they moved was put back. Everyone was kind and respectful from owner (Lisa) to estimator (Mark) to production manager (Al) to the painters (Cesai & Rob).

The quote process was efficient and clear from the beginning. Keith, the painter did a great job at repairing nail pops, nail holes, cracks, etc. He also did a great job painting all of the areas especially the high ceiling above the stairwell. We are very pleased with the entire process and have already recommended CertaPro to others.

The service was incredible, from sales to office support to the actual painters who worked the project. I do think I overpaid for the actual work, however. I expressed my concerns to the sales person and, while I received a nice email to explain the rationale, I did expect a slight/courtesy adjustment as a sign of good faith. Fat chance! Anyway, I am still happy overall with the work. I might not consider Certa pro again, because of the price.

CertaPro contractors performed a hundred times better than another local painter who, ten years ago, did the same work for almost the same money.

Fantastic experience. Online estimate request allowed me to schedule an appointment without the usual delays. Contractor followed up on the online request the next day and kept their appointment. Estimator was very knowledgeable and professional and delivered my proposal delivered that day. Paint crew did an exceptional job with the drywall repairs as well as the painting. They were neat, fast, and detailed. An overall professional job. They were very attentive to any special requests I made during the process. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. When there was a problem with stains seeping through fresh paint, owner Lisa Costas was eager to find a way to solve the problem, and she did. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The painters are the cleanest workmen I’ve ever hired. I will hire them again for any future painting we need done.

CertaPro painters are excellent in customer service, quality, and professionalism. The entire experience was wonderful, they clean up before leaving each day, and the end result looks great. The price is a bit high but their work speaks volume. Will definitely recommend and hire again.

The whole staff, from Lisa (Owner), to Mark (Estimator), Lillie (Office Manager) to Luis and the 2 other gentlemen on the crew, was all very professional, courteous and organized. Mark came to the house to see what the job entailed, he took measurements of everything, and explained what optional/additional work might be required due to the type of wallpaper and the fact that it may not come off easily (as was evident when a family member tried to remove it previously). I received a very clear written quotation in a timely manner. The job took approximately 3 days. The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. The job required wallpaper removal, spackle/wall repair, and skim coating before painting. On the 2nd day they had Lisa (the owner) come to the job site to review the situation and what further work was going to be required to complete the job with the best result as there was some wall damage still showing at that point. Lisa called me from the job site to explain what was going on. She also explained that the sanding that would be necessary would leave dust in the house although they would try to put up plastic barriers to prevent what they could. They did their best to clean and remove as much dust as they could. The 27 year old walls now look as beautiful as brand new construction. I would recommend this company. They keep the customer well informed and have you do a walk through to make sure you are satisfied at the completion of the job. The work crew did a great job and Lillie in the office was very efficient at assisting with any paperwork and payment.

It was a free estimate. They were really willing to adjust the estimate based on like line items. Like if I wanted this done and not that done. I could sort of price it out or kind of keep it together the way I wanted. It wasn't like an all or nothing estimate. It was like okay. If you don't want this, we'll take off that much, if you want this, you can add that little bit. They were willing to work with shutters or no shutters or the exterior of the house or not the exterior or just the front of the house and not the back of the house.

Everyone at CertaPro was professional: the estimator, the scheduler, and the painters. They were doing such a good job with the high-ceiling rooms that we called to get an estimate for having them finish painting our entire house. Someone came out that day, and the painters stayed on to complete the house. The guys did an excellent job. They were on time; they were efficient; and they cleaned up thoroughly after each day of painting. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who needs painting done at their house.

Had several areas/rooms to do. Due to scheduling issues, had CertaPro do 2 rooms and used another contractor for the rest. For what CertaPro charged, the painting could have been better. Folks from the office are wonderful, but the painting is more important. Also not so sure they were honest about priming they say they did as I was not home for that and my house sitter did not observe the painting.

These people ARE professionals. I needed to have a job done on short notice and they came the day if for the estimate and two days later, my kitchen was getting repainted. The painters were wonderful and kept everything clean and perfectly painted. I HIGHLY recommend going with this company. A very big thank you!!!

Everything went extremely well. I received a very prompt response to my initial email & within a day or two a Sales Rep came out to price out the job. The following week the painters came (ended up coming a day early which worked in my favor) & they completed the job within 1 day vs. two days as initially anticipated. The work was done very professionally. Cut outs were excellent & they left everything very clean upon completion. I will definitely use them again if I have a need and would strongly recommend them to family and friends.

Went well with a few hiccups. I would say the quality of the finished product is excellent and we are happy with the work done. It was an extensive job and included quite a lot of spackle and repair of wall defects. It was completed within 5 days, which was impressive. All of our furniture and floors were well protected and we found virtually no paint drips or spots where they didn't belong. On price, I gave them a C because the price wasn't excellent but it wasn't bad either. It was a bit higher than other quotes we received, but they were able to meet our schedule and that pushed them over the top. They also got the job done in the time they said they would too, which was impressive considering the amount of work to be done. We got what we paid for - we paid a slight premium and got an excellent result. Totally fair. There were some hiccups which was the result of a lack of follow-thru between when the estimate was done and when the work began. For example, we have 2 young children and I stressed at the estimate that the use of paint with low odor and low- or zero-VOCs was really important to us. Later, when we were finalizing the paint and colors to be used, alternative brands to the ones we requested were recommended to us that were either cheaper or resulted in a nicer finish. We agreed to some, assuming that they were low-VOC because of our earlier discussions. They were not - some had significant VOC content. This led to a series of last-minute, stressful phone calls to try and straighten it out and change brands (back to the one we had originally requested). This kind of thing was really just unnecessary. Yes I could have (should have) researched them before agreeing, but I had already stressed this as a very important item and it could have been completely avoided if they had remembered the things we discussed at the estimate. Few projects go perfectly smoothly, especially large ones, and I must say, their responsiveness in resolving the issues after they arose was really excellent. I was impressed and very much appreciated that for sure. Still, it added unnecessary stress into an already stressful and disruptive process and I have to give them a B rather than an A as a result.

What I appreciated most was how much the painters cared about their work. It was like they were painting their own homes. They worked as a team, so the work was done efficiently. If there were spots that weren't to their satisfaction, they made it better. Every day when they finished working, they didn't leave until the place was orderly. I almost wish I had more rooms to paint because I was so satisfied with the end product.

It went extremely well. Will certainly use them again and ill be happy to have anyone stop by to see the excellent job that was done!

Superior job all the way around. Great care was given to masking and cleaning up areas. They had to fight a lot of rainy and breezy days. Despite it all, they still did the job with a high-degree of professionalism.

We were very disappointed. Ultimately, the painting job was fine but when we provided them with a slop sink to clean their brushes, they got paint all over my basement. They got paint all over my deck outside and at the back. We called up CertaPro and told them we would never use them again. Out of the bids we got, they were the best priced. If they do crappy work, then then best price doesn't mean anything. They could have honored their contract. They could have cleaned up the slop sink. It was written in the contract. They were very sloppy. They tried to make restitution by knocking a couple of dollars off the bill but I still had the aggravation of going back and cleaning up everything they ruined.

Very professional and through. Reliable. In contact with you on any changes to times or date of project ,due to unforeseen changes in another job. Great on communication! Men very curtious and detailed in their approach of job. Recommended highly.
