We had a two story ceiling, so we had to pay whatever price. We had leftover paint that they used up, they took the cans, and when it came to doing the touch-ups we didn't have anything. It would have been nice if they had written it down or something. We put the cans downstairs and put on it what room we used it in. The price was competitive or we wouldn't have used them. They came when they said they were coming. I would use them again, even though we won't need to paint for a while.

Mark contacted me, after reading the review, and adjusted the price to be what we felt was fair. After all was said and done, I have changed my grades for this contractor and I would use them again in the future. They have been courteous and professional from beginning to end.

Mark Heller provided accurate estimate and provided sub estimates for other areas in my home that I was thinking of having done. He was professional and courteous. We did get off to a rough start because of a mis-communication on the starting date, but things were worked out quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. The crew arrived on time and immediately reviewed the project and then started to work. It was completed in one day, but I wasn't able to inspect the work until two days later and found some things that needed to be touched up. They were out the same day of my call to resolve everything. Very pleased with the work and team. I would rehire them.

The woman from Certa pro was very helpful and immediate but she hired two outside painters to do the job...They were on time and work area was kept neat but they didn't pay attention to detail. They finished the job in 2 days but that did not give enough time in between primer and coats of paint to dry...leaving us with drips & messy spots. It was a very hectic time since it was right before Christmas and the woman at Certa pro was leaving for vacation at end of week, by the time she was back we left for a 5 month stay in Florida therefore we never got to follow up with her correctly...

We were very pleased with the service from this company. The painters worked carefully and neatly, and cleaned up after the job. Our job was scheduled in a timely fashion, and the painters had us approve their work before leaving. We agreed that an additional coat needed to go on the front doors, and this was done right away. The office staff was very helpful and professional, and kept us informed of dates. I would definitely recommend them.

The job went went very well. Lisa was extremely professional. She showed up on time for the estimate, measured everything, priced everything with multiple options so I could make the necessary trade-offs along the way. She was clear and upfront on the cost of repairing damaged walls, removing wallpaper, and in estimating the number of coats it would require to cover old, dark paint. Her crew arrived on time each day and even managed to navigate a series of wintery cold, icy, snowy conditions to get the job done on time. The crew was well managed onsite and Lisa always available for an update or change of plans. When some of the darkest walls did not cover completely with white, Lisa had the crew paint a third coat in some places at no charge just to ensure that the job was done right. She was clear, fair, direct and the work came out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Lisa was great to work with and very flexible, even in a short time window. She came out, met with me, and took all measurements - and double-checked everything she wasn't sure on. Very easy to communicate with from start to finish. I ended up being out of town unexpectedly for the entire 2 day project, but we made arrangements and it worked out well. I was very happy to come home to a well-executed paint job. I would use Lisa and her team again.

Although CertaPro was the most expensive, we decided to go with them because they were the most responsive. We needed the house interior painted, which included filling in cracks and holes in the walls, caulking gaps between wall and trim and cutting out damaged drywall around moving cracks and joints, re-tape spackle until smooth. Removing loose nails in great room ceiling and replace with screws. Water spots from skylight leak primed with stain blocking primer, and various loose seams removed and replaced. A painter we used previously left several drips along wood the trim, which CertaPro would clean up if possible. Although the contract was signed at the beginning of June, the work wasn't started until August 21st and completed on August 23rd due to other projects they had. The work crew was professional and courteous. The work crew indicated that they were not able to clean the paint drips left on the wood trim by the previous painter. We had them paint the wood strip at the top of the trim in front of the kitchen the same color as the walls so that the drips would not be noticeable. The work crew cleaned up every day when they finished for the day. They did a good job. The owner did not do a final inspection of the work but did call a few days later to ask how it went and it anything needed to be touched up. After the paint settled, we noticed some things that needed to be touched up. The work crew came back and did the touch ups. Now the house looks nice and clean.

Replacing aluminum siding with vinyl siding is a costly prospect. Add to that I've always heard that you can't paint aluminum siding. Bah! If it's prepped right, anything can be painted. And I'm happy with the power washing that CertaPro did to help ensure the paint would last the 10 years that it's rated for. While I contracted the work in April, the abnormally wet Spring delayed the painting until the end of July. Absolutely no issues with the prep (power washing) the day before or the painting the following day. I added some things to be painted along the way (wooden screen door, the underside of an aluminum patio roof), and because they kept in constant contact with me via email, everything was done in the one day without having to call them back. I am thoroughly satisfied with the way the house looks, so fresh and clean .... they even managed to seal all the holes in the siding that were put there over the years to hang various things that are no longer there.

The job supervisors and crew were very nice. Gave a full days labor and provided a thorough clean-up each day. Supervisors came after job was completed. They in- pected and thought some areas needed additional attention which they did. Price was great, service and work quality great! They're aready at another home in our neighborhood on our recommendation. Would absolutely use Certa-Pro again!

They arrived on time each day and completed the work in three days as promised. Christian and his crew did a first class paint job while working around our needs. They conducted themselves in a professional manner while being polite and considerate. When the job was done, they did a great job cleaning up and left the place as clean as when they arrived. When I called certapro painters they promptly returned my call. Lisa set up a time to come out and help me pick a color to match the bedding and paintings. In fact, she came out twice and made some color boards for us to place in the room to help in color selection. We prepped the room by taking down fragile items from furniture and removed paintings from walls. Originally the estimate was two days for the job. The painter showed up on time, moved the furniture, made wall repairs, primed and was able to paint all in one day. He did a great job cleaning up and made sure I saw the completed job and was happy before he left. Then a few days later I received a call from Lisa again to be sure I was completely satisfied. Overall I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services to friends.

Painting crew showed up on time on date promised. They were professional, neat, and cleaned up after the work was completed each day. They performed interior painting of my Family Room, Hallway w/pocket door, Full Bath and Bedroom. Also performed exterior painting of my back door. Work was done very well, with attention to detail.
