+ -1 moreMr. Orr was on time and polite. He was able to accommodate my schedule with no problem. The price was fair for the work performed. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Mr. Orr did a home inspection for me on a rental property that I was going to buy. He was very thorough, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He detected that the roof needed to be replaced when the owner had stated it was only 10 years old on the disclosure. I didn't purchase the property because the owner didn't want to split the cost with me.
