Manny explained how the ceiling crack was being caused by a sag in one section of the ceiling between the living room and dining room. He located the ceiling joists and screwed both sections of the ceiling board to fix the sag. Then he filled the crack, taped the section, and applied new drywall . Waited a day for drywall to cure and then sanded to a nice smooth finish. In the bedroom corner wall showed how the original builder did not match up the two pieces of drywall and the gap had widen other time causing the original drywall tape to tear and separate from the wall. Manny filled the gap, taped the corner, and applied new drywall. He waited a day for the drywall to cure and sanded to a nice smooth finish.
