From the beginning, employees from Prescott were professional, responsive and on time. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire them anytime I need a roofer.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and were very courteous. The workman were all very professional.

Overall, we were very happy with Prescott. Their initial work was fine but they put the wrong color gutters on. Chris came out to inspect it and acknowledged the problem immediately. They fixed it without issues and apologized again for the initial mistake. Everything was handled very professionally and I would use them again.

My roof fascia had dry-rot and needed to be replaced. The guys showed up on time and did a great job, even giving the part of the fascia that did not need to be replaced a fresh coat of paint in order to match the new piece. It looks very nice now.

I worked with Steve, who was excellent. He gave me an estimate and went up to check everything out himself. I really liked his approach and opinions. I would use them again.

They are very responsive but we didn't hire them because the price is too expensive for us. They say that they needed a lot of work but they seem to be in a higher side than we expected.

My experience with WM Prescott Roofing & Remodelling was fine. I didn't really have any negative to say about them just I didn't go with the bid. The guy was knowledgeable. He seemed to answer my question very thoroughly.

Service was performed in a professional manner. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.

They came to give an estimate when they said they would. We made an apparent and they did the repairs at the scheduled appointment time. We were pleased with their work.

The guys did a tremendous job in helping me to solve a problem that has been going on for a year and a half and that others could not solve. They were professional and kept me informed along the way. The repaired section of the roof looks like new!

It was a rough start. Because of family issues, I had trouble getting a return call. However, once I connected, things were excellent. Professional interactions, work on roof was good and issue with gutter identified and addressed. Seems to be working so far.

They came with-in 24 hours to fix my leak. They went up on my roof in the snow and fixed my leak very quickly. They were beyond wonderful. I couldn't say more good things about them.

The folks at Prescott were prompt in returning our call. The office and field staffs were professional and attentive to detail. The estimate was itemized and we were made aware of possible complications and in-field discoveries that could potentially change the cost of repair. Our issue was discovered at the height of the summer construction season, but we were fitted in as soon as possible and got great guidance on how to protect our roof until the repair could be completed. We would certainly recommend Prescott to anyone.

They were professional and did good work. Only complaint is that we had to hound the receptionist a bit to get called back about the quote and scheduling.

Our 60+ year-old slate roof was leaking, so we called Prescott Roofing, whom we had used before. They arrived within just 2 days to see if they could repair the leak. They found some loose slates and thought the problem had been solved. It turned out that it wasn't, and they returned two more times, making small repairs each time in an attempt to patch any leaks without incurring substantial cost to us. It became clear that the leaks could not be resolved without replacing the old copper valleys. They scheduled the work for December (due to a busy schedule), but managed to come and complete the work in mid-November. The leaks are fixed and we have had no more problems. We will continue to call Prescott whenever we need roofing repairs.

Had a leak around the back door frame. Had several other companies attempt to repair this and were unsuccessful. I hired Prescott to tear off the existing roof to see where the problem was. They came highly recommended based on reviews from Angie's List. They did not disappoint. They replaced the roof and installed new flashing and roof apron. The leak still persisted. They came back and took off the siding around the door and installed ice and water shield underneath the siding. This corrected the problem. Chris and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with and went beyond the call of duty to correct the problem. As it turned out, the issue was not really a "roofing" problem but was in a grey area. Bottom line was that they persisted to where the problem was corrected. Can't say enough great things about the way this problem was handled. I would highly recommend Prescott for any roofing job.

I was excited about this company at first. They did the most thorough inspection of my roof, took pictures and promised a detailed assessment and estimate via email within 1 week or so. My roof is leaking and needs to be replaced ASAP. Given the level of detail and great rating on Angie's List, I thought I had my roofer. Two weeks passed and no email. I called and was promised an estimate within 3 days. Another week passed and I called once more.. and I called other roofers now too... but this company promised an estimate again. It is now over 1 week later and no reply form them. If you don't want to work for me, fine. Just say so. But I am leaking and I was trying to hire you. I wasted weeks of valuable time on this company and do not appreciate being strung along. Update: 10/1/13: This company figured out who wrote this review and called me to apologize. They were so apologetic and offered to come help with my leaky roof. i appreciated both the apology and the offer to help. They said they had sent my estimate about 2 weeks ago but a review of my email did not reveal it. That said, I had it 20 minutes later. I will say this, while the estimate was the most expensive I received, it absolutely left all others in the dust in terms of detail and thought. Whereas other roofers give single line descriptions of what they do... this company is exacting and detailed. I wish i could afford to use them and hope we can work on pricing maybe?... I believe what they said.. they simply had too much work going on to get me the estimate in a timely manner. I could see why people want to use them based on the level of detail in the estimate.

We first contacted W M Prescott Roofing & Remodeling (Prescott) in late summer 2012, after our area was hit by a damaging hail storm. We needed an inspection of the roof for insurance purposes. Many other service providers were offering complimentary roof inspections, but Prescott did not. For the inspection report, and payment, we did receive a full damage report, estimate (detailed & itemized) for replacement as is and for upgrade options, as well as pictures of the most damaged areas. Responsiveness by/from the gentlemen that provided the quote was the slowest that we had with Prescott. Once we got into contact with Diane and Jeff, everything from emails & calls were promptly returned. The team was very flexible with us on scheduling, and honoring their quote. Due to weather, they weren't able to fit us in in the fall of 2012, and my husband didn't want them to try when it was too cold and have the work not be top notch due to conditions. So Prescott sent out a few guys before winter hit to tack down and seal any spots of damage on the roof that they thought might possibly lead to any issues (eg: leaks) during the winter. In the spring of 2013 Prescott was great about contacting us to schedule the work, and keep us up to date as the weather and their schedule shifted. Once work started, the team was very courteous, prompt to our house each day, and worked diligently till it was complete. They did a great job of cleaning up debris and they were very detailed in picking up any nails and other metal objects from traffic areas (eg: driveway). We love the look (color and shingles) of our new roof and everything has gone well this summer, since the work was completed.

Responsive, polite, punctual. Reasonable estimate, no upselling. Work done on schedule.

Overall very pleased with Prescott. We were originally working with a group of houses in a townhouse community looking to replace our roofs at the same time. Prescott was very responsive and patient with our process and requests, even when it got complicated with so many different homeowner expectations. They are accessible, responsible, reliable and do high quality work. The only small criticism I have is related to how long it took to do the roof. They were working between two houses in our row and the job took longer than expected as crew resources were split between houses and crew size was not as large as originally expected. They knew we were getting unhappy with how long this was taking when weather was not a problem and, when we expressed our impatience, they picked up the pace but the on-site project management could have been better. However, we would definitely recommend and use Prescott again if we had a roofing project. Prescott did quality work and its management and workers take their jobs seriously.

Everything went extremely smooth. They gave a very fair estimate - once starting the job, they were punctual, professional - the roof looks fantastic. The gutters and top of chimney (vent) was also replaced.

Spoke to WM Prescott and they gave me a time when they would show up for an estimate. Employee showed up when he said he would. Received an email with the estimates the following day. The estimate for the house that's 1072 sq ft was for $12,530 and the estimate for the 1233 sq ft house was for $10,580. Both estimates were more than double two other previous estimates I had received. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" but I believe the estimates were extremely high for the work.

From Angie's List, I selected six roofers to give me an estimate. My family and I selected Prescott Roofing to do the job. We are very glad that we selected Prescott Roofing. They were very professional, skilled, hardworking and well equipped with the tools to do the work. They cleaned up daily. They were punctual and supplied the man power to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Prescott Roofing and would hire them again. The roof looks great.
