Good quality job. No problems at all. Good persons, quick responses. There were some minor delays due to illness.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and helpful.

The project went smoothly and the crew worked hard. Cleanup job site daily. questions and concerned were answered and was cooperative. New roof and gutters look great.

I used Prescott last year for some roof work and was satisfied with them, so I decided to use them again for a small remodeling project. The quote, contract, and scheduling process was straightforward. I was on a tight schedule with a rigid time frame and Prescott started their part of the project as promised and scheduled. All the workers were courteous and respectful of my property. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very well… Always on time…. Kept us informed of progress and when they would return when the day was done. I was shown pictures of tile progress on the phone of the senior worker asked him more than once to send them to my phone – promised he would but never did.

It was fine. No issues. The cost was around $200. I do not see using the service again.

I have had several companies charge me to repair a small roof above my front door & their repairs never worked. Prescott resolved the problem and in a professional & timely manner the problem has finally been repaired.

I would absolutely call them again. They did a fantastic job. This was a re-do of the roof and gutters since the last contractor couldn't get it right. Prescott absolutely got it right. They are expensive but worth it if you want a job down you can count on being done right.

Prescott is excellent. They came out to our house. Gave an estimate. Put us on their schedule and was very close to putting us on the estimated start time. They finished promptly and when we brought up two concerns they immediately addressed them. We were very happy with them and plan to use them for other projects.

They provided a competitive quote. They appeared to be honest and very professional. We did not use them for the job, however. We got a competitive quote which was almost exactly the same. (Within $45 on a job in the teens of thousands!) We then went with the second contractor mostly because they were so close in price, and at that point we were "on the radar" of the second contractor. Nothing against Prescott, it just happened to work out this way.

The whole process from inquiry to scheduling to contracts to repairs was professional and timely. Much of the preliminary communication was done via email and I received replies often the same day. They scheduled the inspection and then the job and arrived when promised both times. They were courteous to me and respectful of my property. I would definitely use this company again for other projects.
