Description of Work: We didn't end up needing a roofing company, but when I called, the phone rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The company followed up with me to double check if we needed service. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Description of Work: Initial contact was only via email. A phone call would have avoided confusion in where the services were actually needed. Once there, I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism and work completed. They are a busy crew so if you need a repair done sooner verses in a couple of months, make a different choice.

Description of Work: Prescott installed overhangs on all four sides of our house and then put a new roof on. They did a great job, were always on time and they cleaned up at the end of each day. I would call them first if I was doing any other outside upgrades or repairs.

Description of Work: W M Prescott came out to give me a quote on a roof replacement. They were punctual and professional and followed up quickly with a detailed written estimate. Their quoted price was on the high side and 3rd highest on my list. I went with another roofer (who was the 2nd highest quote). However, I am giving them high marks for their punctuality and professionalism.

Description of Work: This company is so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. From the office manager to the roof repair person they were wonderful, prompt and courteous. We've had some awful experiences with roofers (including the one that incorrectly put on a new roof almost 5 years ago). It leaked several times. It wasn't until we found Prescotts on Angies List and they came out and examined and photographed the violations that the roof installor made did we know why a virtually new roof was leaking. THANK YOU, Prescotts!

Description of Work: We had a problem with water leaking through several areas in heavy rain. Prescott came immediately (in about 2 hours) and discovered that the downspout could not handle the amount of water coming down. They fabricated a larger downspout and replaced it the next day. I have used Prescott several times in the past three or so years, liked them and their work and have a maintenance agreement with them for gutters and roofing. I trust them implicitly and they are very responsible. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I have yet to actually hire Prescott Roofing to service our roof. I'm reporting more on their professionalism and responsiveness to date. My initial inquiry to them was responded to within a few hours. I found their staff to be responsive and of great help. I was in the midst of ironing out a purchase agreement and had concerns about the properties roof. We had little time to have the roof evaluated and Prescott was able to make an appointment to evaluate the roof within 24 hours.

Description of Work: I have been using Prescott for last 20 years to maintain slate roof and box gutters. Originally found them because lowest bid. Quality and professionalism is excellent. I have recommended and they have been used by so many friends over the years who have praised their price, work and promptness.

Description of Work: Actually, this work was done on my Son's house, but he called me immediately afterwards raving about how happy he was with Prescott. I had given him the contact info because he was desperate for someone to look at his leaking roof. This was a slate roof on an old house. Prescott showed up on very short notice, was completely professional, fixed the problem, and charged an exceptionally reasonable fee. This company will be the only people either my son or I will bother with in the future.
