+ -1 moreSomeone with no idea how to climb a ladder would have done a better job. Charles cashed the check before he even went on the roof, which was a breach of the contract. Then countless lies and excuses poured. He did big fat round zero to stop the leak, but is playing dumb that he completed the job he was hired for. 50 days after he was hired the roof still leaks. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. I am taking him to court.

+ -1 moreIt couldn't have been worse. These guys are con men. The repairs have come undone already and they applied latex paint. They go by many names. Specialty paving and roofing is another name I heard they were using. They go by the name of Paul or Tom Mitchell. They use other names as well.
Description of Work: They were hired to repair a roof and apply Graco latex sealer.

+ -1 moreNot well. One of the numbers that Tom (not sure which name he is using now) used for reference is actually another phone that he uses. After they didn't finish and stopped showing up, I called the reference number and he answered it as unique paving. They operate(d) in Florida and there are complaints there as well.
