Excellent from start to finish. Spoke with Heather to get quote and schedule. Very efficient. John the technician completed our air duct and dryer duct cleaning and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and he explained each step of the process. Very impressed!!

Mold Medics was fantastic. They contacted me quickly, gave a very fair quote, explained everything thoroughly and scheduled work within a week. We had some major mold in our attic. They removed it all and the wood beams look practically brand new. Amazing. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and the crew did quick, impressive work. The price was around what we expected but much less than at least one other quote we received. We will recommend Mold Medics to anyone anytime.

Great customer service from beginning to end. I first spoke with Erin who truly has an effervescent quality about her—she outlined all of Mold Medics services and was so patient with my questions. TJ who completed our work today was amazing! He cleaned all 11 of our vents and duct work, and took the time to explain the process and show me where debris was collecting in our vents. He was generous with his time and very respectful of our property (even covering his shoes and wearing a mask upon arrival). It was such a pleasant experience! I will definitely be recommending this company and TJ!

Great experience! We were able to schedule quickly, communication was very thorough and prompt, the team (Milo and TJ) were on time and worked efficiently to complete the project. They showed us photos of the ducts before and after. I was very happy with the service Mold Medics provided.

Thaddeus called to set up appointment for quote. He wore a mask and removed his shoes when entering a house my husband and I flipped for sale. Within a week the technicians, Adama and Cam came to remove the mold in the attic. They were courteous and efficient. This is a top notch company and I would suggest them to anyone looking for this type of work to be performed.

One of my home's bedrooms was showing mold on the ceiling and also in that room's closet.That closet also contains the entrance to the attic. My home is one story. I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. Five days later Matt from MM came to my house and spent about 5 hours fixing the problem. Matt did an awesomely good job, including cleanup. Matt was very generous with his time spent answering my many questions, and he offered suggestions.Matt also gave my bathroom a quick chemical fogging, even though it was not on the original to-do list, thus it was a freebie. I am very satisfied with MM's fast response to my problem,their quality of work, and the fact that both Thad and Matt so patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I wouldn't hesitate to use MM again in the future.

John responded the same day as my call (Friday) and gave me a clear explanation and estimate for the work to be done. Work was scheduled for the following week. Justin and Adama performed the mold remediation, explaining again what was being done and why. They were on-time, efficient and courteous. Following the remediation Johnny Williams performed the duct cleaning and sanitizing in a very professional way. Johnny was on time and personable. He made an effort to make sure that my cat was accounted for during the process. Everything was left clean and orderly. I felt assured that my home was healthy once again! While I did not seek other estimates, I felt that the cost was well worth the results.

From the initial evaluation with Thaddeus to the work performed by the crew, they were thorough, considerate, and professional. All communication was in a very timely manner. The warranty gives us peace of mind. Great company to work with...so glad we hired them!

It was so easy for me. I was able to stay home and work in my office while work was being done. NO caustic odor at all. Thaddeus was prompt and professional and took care of the mold I had.... I had mold all over the back of my sink and the wall behind my washing machine and it was clean and disinfected when he was done.
