Dave was very professional and all of his work was first rate. He showed up when he said he would be here. He removed the old pavers, set up the forms, laid the concrete, and didn’t even balk when we asked him to add glow-in-the-dark marble chips on top, adding a day to his work at our home. He answered every question I asked and didn’t seem to mind that I spent a bit of time watching the whole process. The work site was cleaned up nicely when the job was done. I wish I’d found him sooner - the sidewalk is beautiful!

It went really well. From the time Dave McGuire responded to our online request for a contractor until the job was complete, he was very professional. He listened to what we needed done and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed done. They came before the scheduled time and set up all the equipment they were using. They were quick and efficient. Very polite and easy to talk to and deal with. When they were finished with everything they cleaned up and left in the amt of time they said they would be done. I strongly recommend McGuire Construction for any construction work either big or small.

Dave McGuire responded to a request for contractors and called us in less than 12 hrs. He came and gave us an estimate after he measured the spot we wanted done and took pictures.of the spot. He said he would call us back with an estimate by that evening. He called as promised and the date was scheduled for 04/18/17. He showed up at our house at 6:50 and started to work at exactly 7:00. He and his crew were very professional and worked non stop to get the job done. When they were finished with everything, they cleaned up, shook mine and my husbands hands and we thanked him for a job well done. I would and will recommend him to anyone looking for construction work.

It went well. McGuire Construction did a very good job removing our old wood retaining wall and replacing it with another wood tie wall. He put a set of steps in and finished the job quickly. He was on the job daily and didn't leave until the job was done. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Dave McGuire again.

Again, very professional and great end product.

Someone from McGuire arrived on time to assess the job, explaining everything in layman's terms and spending a good bit of time giving me all the options. They contacted me soon after with an estimate. They explained that I might have to wait a month or so, but someone cancelled soon after and they called to ask if they could complete the job a few days later. Two workers arrived on time, early in the AM, and got to work quickly. They somehow dealt with the street cleaners in my area (I'd warned them of it ahead of time) and I arrived home from work just as they were finishing up. They gave me clear instructions as to how long I should wait before driving on the surface and payment was simple. They returned a few days later to patch up a different slab and to remove cones, etc. Everything looks terrific!

He was punctual, personable and most of all his work was A+. I had one small issue after the work had been done and he responded back immediately and fixed the problem ASAP. In addition to his great work, his prices are far more reasonable than any others that I could find. He actually helped me find a way to save money by doing the work differently and it worked out much better than I would have ever envisioned.
