Jim returned my call promptly. Mine was not a huge job and he was able to schedule me within a couple of days of our conversation. He and his two assistants arrived a little before the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently to cut back a medium-sized tree and finish trimming a large bush (left unfinished by another tree person). Jim was courteous and professional. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely use his services again.

Jim & his crew was very prompt and professional. He returned my call within 24 hours, followed up with an on site estimate the next day and completed the job to perfection within 72 hours. We were very impressed with the level of service we received and even offered us an additional incentive to do business with his company considering we learned of his services via Angie's List. We were very pleased with every aspect of the service we received.

The entire project went extremely well. James was great to work with; very courteous and professional. A couple of the trees that had to come out or get cut back were hairy because they overhung my house and garage. Everything went very well with no damage to my structures. FTTS offers a $50 coupon to List members which is a nice bonus. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. The tree was removed and there was no damage to my other shrubs or grass. Jim was unable to grind out the stump due to the location of the tree. I have used Falling Timbers in the past and Jim is always straightforward and professional. His estimates are reasonable compared to other tree services.

They did a great job and I have used them two or three times over the last 2 years. Their prices were better than anybody else that I had compared them too. I will use them again.

The worst part of the job was cleanup. They left quit a bit of debris all over the yard and outside the fences. The owner seemed to be having a bad day, wasn't very friendly. Had to rerack area where tree was and removed much more roots. Didn't appreciate it.

A large and high limb froma tree in our yard broke during the wind storm last week and landed on our neighbors power line. The electrician couldn't repair the line until the limb was removed. Falling Timber was contacted on Mother's Day and came out and removed the limb. He did a good job. We will probably hire them to cut the rest of the large maple tree down later.

It was a very good experience and they were good at communicating with us regarding the weather. He was also very personal, professional, informative, prompt, cleaned up well, and I am very satisfied with the experience.

I called Falling Timbers for an estimate and they arrived right on time the following day. Of the several estimates received, theirs was the lowest. They also provided me with the contact information for their insurance company so that I could request a certificate of insurance for the work. The original service date had to be rescheduled due to storms and high winds in the area. The work was rescheduled for the next business day. The crew was prompt, courteous and efficient. They performed all of the work originally agreed upon plus a little extra. Clean up was exemplary - our yard had less debris in it following the service than it did beforehand! We would definitely call on Falling Timbers Tree Service for work in the future.

This was the second time that I have used Falling Timbers. Once again, they were prompt, courteous, and did excellent work (including clean-up after all work was completed). I would definitely call Falling Timbers in the future for any further tree cutting/trimming needs!

I don't know if I'm going to use them because it's pretty expensive. I thought it was odd that the entire time I was talking to him, he wouldn't look me in the face. I'm 84 years old, and it made me uneasy. He was friendly and everything, but I still felt uncomfortable.

Arrived on time....started immediately...got organized and cut trees down....very professional with perfect cleanup.

Called for an estimate was the best estimate I had got and also the first person who actually came to look at the situation. Overall service was great.

I was impressed with Falling Timber. Very few companies (that I called and/or left messages) that advertise stump grinding bothered to call me back. My first call to Falling Timber was answered and we scheduled for the next day since they were in the area working at another site. The crew ground the stump very quickly and cleaned up everything. In the future if I have other tree service needs I'll call Falling Timber without hesitation.

The guys showed when they said they would and went strait to work and did a great job also cleaned everything up.
