Geoff was great. He educated me about the process of removing a squirrel from the attic. His quote was way less than Terminix. He did such a good job that I've recommended his company to my neighbor and I will replace all pest services in my rental properties as well as my home. I almost forgot about the customer service. Alexa, the office manager was so polite and knowledgeable. She made it an easy choice to hire Complete Pest Solutions of Pittsburgh!!

The ground hogs refused to cooperate by entering the traps. We spend a good bit of money to catch 2 ground hogs and 1 forlorn raccoon. This is not the fault of Complete Pest Solutions but I found myself wishing the price had been per trapped animal rather than per day. Or perhaps a lower per day charge for any 24 hours with no critter caught. It hurts to spend a couple hundred bucks just to decorate your yard with steel cages.

I've keep getting emails to rate the company. I've done it twice and will not complete another survey.

Excellent Customer Service from the beginning with Alexa, always there for questions and help. Jeff was extremely helpful, took the time to explain what he was doing and what could be done in the future to get rid of the groundhog(s). While he was there, he noticed the bees and wasps coming from the shutters, sprayed the next day and so far, so good!! On the last day we had not trapped the groundhog, but I asked Jeff if he could adjust the traps and he came up with an idea to help. Next day we got the groundhog!!! A big thank you to Jeff he is the best. Thank you also to Noah! I would definitely use any of their services again.

Extremely good customer service, reliable and hard working. The problem they were addressing was pigeons nesting under our deck. They were honest about the limits of what they could do to exclude them using plastic netting given additional entry points that are inaccessible. However they managed to solve most if not all of the problem beneath the deck

I had a hidden roof leak for some time which allowed carpenter ants to find a home. When the contractor told me, I came to Angi. Within two hours he arrived and did far more than I expected. I'm very particular in who I will leave good reviews for because we all depend on each other. If you need an exterminator, you can't do better.

Came on time, took picture of the issue, reviewed how they would correct the problem and the cost associated to do the job. Agreed with the course of action and individual performed the repair immediately. This took all of an hour. Excellent experience all around.
