I had a great experience with Bob. First, he was extremely accomodating to my schedule. We had originally planned to have this work done in the fall, then again in the winter, and only finally had the work completed the last week of May. Each time I contacted him, it was no trouble to change the plan. Bob arrived on time each morning and completed the work in the time he said he would. He is extremely personable and friendly. He was great with my daughter and my dogs. That is the kind of person I want to have doing work in my home. Our entryway looks great now. Very clean, bright, and nicely painted. We plan to hire Bob again to paint our front door and would definitely consider him for other projects as well.

It was an excellent experience! I have used Bob in the past at another home and had and old card with a no longer working phone number. I went on Angie's List- and there he was with a new number! I was thrilled because having used him 2x before- 8 and 5 years ago- for much larger jobs than this one- with the knowledge of his professionalism and honesty, and incredible quality superior work that he performs- I did not want to use anyone else! I called him- he came the next day and gave me a free very fair estimate-and came back a few days later to paint the bathroom. Bob is not only a painter- he is an artist. He will paint anything you want in any color or style or technique. I trust his impeccable taste and feel comfortable asking for his advice. He is truly a cut above the norm and can transform a room. He is prompt, neat, respectful, and an all around great guy. As a single Mom- I do not trust many people in my home- but I am totally confident to leave Bob there all day if need be. He even walked my dog while I was gone! I am extremely happy with the outcome- as I have always been with his work! I am just so glad I found him again!

Never returned 2 phone calls for an estimate.

We did not get several estimates, but we believe, for the amount of work done and time spent, $425 was a reasonable price. I'd certainly want $400 to do all the tedious sanding and scraping of the long horizontal railing and the many balusters before they were painted. He made very sure about the type of paint (flat, glossly, etc.) we preferred. He was here for several days, and spent most of Sunday here. We left him here when we went out to Sunday dinner at 6:15. He is a pleasant fellow, around 55, recent widower. He parked across the street -- didn't clutter up our driveway with his large truck.
