During this, we met several other agents throughout, as we dealt with prospective buyers and Susan was by far the most professional and knowledgeable of them all! Susan kept in touch with us at all times and in all stages of the process. She was very helpful in helping us stage the house to show it at it's best advantage. She was spot-on when it came to the price-point for selling our existing house. The house we ended up buying was one she had sent us via email as one she thought would be of interest to us. She even offered to come over and help us pack and clean the house!The settlement company she used had us in and out of our settlement on our "new" house in 45 minutes. We would definitely recommend using Susan to any of our friends and family, so I have no concerns about recommending her to all of Angie's List.
Description of Work: Susan was our Real Estate Agent for both the sale of our "old" house and the purchase of our "new" house. She helped us stage our house for sale to make it more attractive to a buyer, decide upon a proper price point and listed it for us. During the short time our house was listed, she sent us emails with houses in our price range and desired location with the attributes we wanted. Whenever we had showings, Susan always walked us through the process. When we had multiple offers, Susan presented them with their benefits/deficits. Susan then guided us through the contract process, with the repairs we needed to make on our house. At the same time, Susan was shepherding us through making an offer on the house we found to purchase. Susan brought us to successful back-to-back settlements on the same day, in just two months from meeting us! What an agent!
