propane sales
+ -1 moreThe service went ok other than the fact that they charged me alot to restock the propane. They charged me 10 cents per gallon for this tank and will be charging me for the rest at 1.00 a gallon. They topped off my tanks at the higher premium price at the end of the season instead of waiting for the price to drop. And now they are charging me a restocking fee as well. Very unhappy with their practices so I have moved on to work with another provider.
Description of Work: The provider removed one of their propane tanks. I had 4 100 gallon tanks and I had them remove one at the time and the other three will be removed in the next few days.

+ 0 moreSucked. Service was fine, but price per gallon outrageous.
Description of Work: We put in a propane cooktop and fireplace and shopped around and decided to go with Surburban for our tank, hookup and propane supplier. They showed up on time, did a good job on the installation and everything was fine until it was time to refill the tank. When we got the bill, it seemed high, so I called around to several other suppliers to see what their current price was and Suburban's was almost twice the competitors. I called Suburban for an explanation and she danced around saying there were a lot of factors to consider, like service, and they lowered the bill a little bit, but it was still way more than the competition. As soon as this tank is low, we're switching..

+ -1 moreThey were on time. They were good at what they did. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and courteous. I never had a problem with them. I have a budget plan which they readjust every summer. I’m on automatic oil delivery. I never had to tell them in the past ten years that the oil was low or it ran out. I really like them. I had a problem with air conditioner unit above the attic of the second floor. They came and fixed it. There was a little problem. They came back and did minor adjustment and I never had a problem since then. They were very good. I like them. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Suburban Propane to service my oil furnace late this summer, on 11th August. They come once a year to service my oil furnace. We have been in a contract with them from ten years now.
