The roof was not installed correctly and it leaked. I asked him to fix the problem and he came and put some caulking down but it still leaked. I tried to call him several times after that and left messages but he would not respond. I had to have the roof completely re-done. The new roofer said that the previous job was not done correctly. It no longer leaks since I had it replaced.

Mr. Burd installed the roof and it began to leak within a year. It got worse and worse and I called him to return. He came back and put some caulking around, but the roof continued to leak. I have called him repeatedly and he will not return my calls. Now that I am having it re-done. the roofer discovered that it was installed completely wrong and it leaked through several layers of material. The original roof was never removed and the new roof was installed over the old one. Nothing about the installation was done correctly. Now I have to install all over again. $$$$$
