+ -1 moreAwful. He wasted 3 people's time for 2.5 hrs. And now he operates under Reliance Construction....whatever...
Description of Work: Asked to come out and estimate a job. He initially communicated well, came to the building on time and spent a ton of time walking the property. HOWEVER, he wasted my time, my wife's time, and our agents time by spending two hrs at the property taking measurements and never followed up with an estimate. Who can be successful in small business doing stuff like that? He asked us questions about how serious we were about getting the work done like he was interviewing us then complained that he does a lot of estimates without winning any work. Unfortunately, we liked his approach, but he's correct... You can't win work that you never bother to bid on and respond! Fail...

+ -1 moreTodd was hired to complete a carport project that was partially finished. He is professional, courteous, ethical and knowledgeable with all types of construction. His estimate was within my budget and the workmanship he demonstrates is excellent. I have already discussed future renovations/handyman services with him. He will be my first call. I also appreciate that he is a veteran.
