The business name is a bit misleading, as they don't actually pressure wash the house. They used chemicals instead with a low pressure wash. The siding looks great- a tremendous improvement over what it was, but the shutters still look very dull because the chemicals simply did not renew them the way a high pressure wash would have. (oxidized paint) I wish someone would have explained this to me, or offered a high pressure option for the shutters- because it really does detract from the look of the house. Still, a solid value.

Thing is I don't have anything to gauge this service off of since I've never given the house a power wash myself nor have I every hired one to do this before. I generally satisfied with the job. It's not perfect but I think that has more to do with the house being 25 years without an exterior washing. I can say that is way, way better than it was.
