Harry called me while I was still looking around on the web site. He explained Home Advisor and how it worked. He was able to find a door in stock and did not need to order one. He charged a reasonable price and explained he tries to find the best price for people.. He comes 15 minutes before the scheduled time, which did not suit me.

Harry called me within 15 minutes after I had completed my request on the website and explained what actions would be taken and his rate structure. He showed up the next day (early) and assessed the problem. He promptly obtained the necessary parts locally and returned to replace the leaking hot & cold water faucets feeding the washing machine. I found him to be knowledgeable, articulate, and very personable. He completed the job within the proposed estimate, it was reasonably priced, and the results were completely satisfactory. I would recommend using his services to anyone who asks.

Harry was extremely professional, thorough, detail oriented and did an excellent job. There were some unforeseen problems during the repair that required creative problem solving. He also completed the ceiling drywall repair after repairing the leak in the drain pipe. The entire job was completed in four days to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Minnick Construction and will definitely hire them again!

Harry worked with one other guy. They went about their business. They replaced our existing deck with trex. They showed up at the same time every day and quit about the same time. Cleaned up well after themselves. It feels like a good, solid deck. And he built stairs. For a fee, they took back extra material to store where ordered for a full refund. Good since we had no way of getting it to the store. He is a jack of all trades I found out. Good to know in a pinch.

Mixed experience. Pros: Harry came on a Sat and was cooperative when one of the two toilets I purchased at HD had a crack in it (returned toilet to HD for a new one). Cons: Harry was upset that he was working on a Saturday and was sure to let me know how much he didn't want to be there. As a single woman, I was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I had my brother-in-law on standby. When he arrived, he initially told me that the job involved much more than I initially thought (removing drywall, etc.), but that changed when I informed him I had a plumber brother. Would not recommend.

Harry replaced my pressure treated wood deck with composite decking. I found him to be very meticulous, paying close attention to detail. He had a lot of cutting to fit around the railing posts. The cuts were accurate, and all the boards fit well. The spacing between the deck boards is even, and all cuts are square. I would definitely recommend Harry.
