Mr Minnick was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to get to know. He always arrived on time for his appointments and he did a really good job. I would hire him for any of my future projects.

I hired Harry initially to update a family room with old paneling but ended up using him for two additional projects. Harry presented my options for the family room based on time and expense. In the end I decided on having thin drywall installed over the existing paneling and it looks great. He also installed a new exterior door and kitchen counters with some additional drywall patching. Harry did great quality work at a reasonable price. He was prompt and courteous. I will use him again in the future for additional projects.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with Minnick. Harry was upfront with everything and showed up on time all four days of the project. His work was as thorough as he promised at a very affordable cost. We had one minor hiccup towards the end of the install, and he adjusted and fixed it with no questions asked. For anyone looking for quality old-school craftsmanship, I'd definitely recommend Minnick Construction. I look forward to using them for future home projects.

Harry replaced my Garbage Disposal. Great work, great price, nice, neat and clean in my kitchen. BUT< now, one year later and the Garbage disposal doesn't work any more. Sadly Harry does not guarantee his "products" he supplies, only his workmanship. We are out the $250.00+ for the disposal, have to pay another plumber to install and re-complete our job :-( :-( Kenneth and Regina.... We DO NOT recommend this plumber to do work again.

Harry was the first to respond to my request. He was able to repair our bathroom which involved a drywall overlay over existing drywall in a weeks time including painting. Harry was always prompt and honest and I recommend him as well as use him again for any similar project.

Harry was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and worked until the job was done. He was great when the clients were around too. He even put plastic up to contain the dust as not to bother our clients. I would definitely recommend him to all both residential and commercial work. Great quality at a great price. Plus he is Honest and knows how to get a job done in a timely manner.

Very awful experience dealing with this contractor,..he broke my $500.00 dollar toilet, was very rude. He made my wife cry the work was that bad. We have to pay another contractor to fix his mess.

Mr Minnick rearranged his schedule to meet my needs and we were able to accomplish a lot in a short time. He sought and found solutions to a building code issue and brought in extra help to complete the job as quickly as possible as I was up against a deadline.

I hired Harry to do trim, hang two doors, hang and finish the drywall in our basement. It took 3 weeks to finish the job. There was paneling hung already in the basement. Harry insured us that it would add extra support and didn't need to be removed. We hired painters and they found the walls to be uneven and many flaws in the finishing work. We decide because of several incidence with Harry becoming aggressive toward me, that we would hire someone else to fix the issues. Harry also refuse to drywall our laundry room because it was to much time and work but the new contractor was able to complete it without any issues.
