+ -1 moreI had no problems with the installation or the product at first. However, the first time it was windy, one of the fence panels blew out. Also, one of the posts began to lean. I contacted the company. They said that they would have someone come out and fix it. I'm not sure if that ever happened, because the next time it was windy, the same panel blew out again. And again. And again. I called the company approximately 5-7 times, and was always told that Jim would call me back. That never happened. Eventually, no one would even answer when I called, I'm guessing that they have caller ID. So, the fence panel had blown out about 10 times in 3 1/2 years, and I constantly worried that I wouldn't notice that it had done so, let the dogs out, and they would escape. My husband ended up screwing some sort of bracket to the panel to fix it and shoving some rocks down beside the leaning post to have it stand upright. Caveat emptor.
Description of Work: They installed about 350 linear feet of 6 ft white privacy fence.

+ -1 moreCommunication after we sent in the deposit and signed the contract was a bit lacking, but we didn't stay on top of it either. However, about a month later they came out and completed the entire job in 2 days, including removing shrubs, setting the posts in concrete and installing the fence.
Description of Work: Midstate's estimate was less than half of the others we received, but the quality is great! The fence looks great, it's solidly set, and the gate hardware is perfect. The wood (red cedar) looks much nicer than the pine that's all over our neighborhood.

+ -1 moreWe were satisfied with the work they did, but the posting could have been a little more even. We believe it was due to the rock they had to drill down into in order to set the posts in the first place. Their price was a little high, but basically in between two estimates we had. All in all a good company to use if you are serious about fencing.
Description of Work: They installed around 510 feet of four foot chain link fencing in my yard to keep dogs in. They also installed two gates. They took about a week to finish the job and all material was taken away by them.
