metal restoration
+ -1 moreI was extremely happy with the way things went. I know it was just a small job, but Mr. McCorkel himself made sure that the job was done. I was very impressed and plan on using his company for some other renovations around the house.
Description of Work: On February 13th, we had a terrible wind storm and a metal pole snapped. This pole held the electric line that ran into the house from the road. It snapped off and fortunately, the line attached to the house remained attached and we still had electricity. I called McCorkel's and talked to Mr. McCorkel himself. He came out later that day and said he could fix the problem. On Saturday, February 14th, Mr. McCorkel came out himself and was able to insert another pole inside the original and slide it back into place.

+ 2 moreEverything went smoothly and on time. Working with the people from McCorkel, we always had quick responses to any questions or concerns we had. During the design stage, McCorkel had many suggestions, but always kept our design view in mind. They recognized potential flaws we had done with our initial design and were able to correct before construction started. They were also willing to work with us to keep within our budgetary limits. The final product was better than what we originally envisioned!!
Description of Work: McCorkel designed and did the construction work for Master bath renovation. This included demolition, installation of soaking tub, walk in shower, vanity, electrical, plumbing and ceramic tile.

+ 0 moreHe is knowledgeable and straight forward. He had some good design ideas. He has good sources for materials. This tells me that I will get a good selection and I will get a reasonable price.
Description of Work: They are going to come and replace three exterior doors and trim on five doors. They will build a front porch to prevent further weather damage.
