 + -1 moreSpoke to Ed MacNamara on 1/21/17. ( a Saturday) He said that he would call me on Monday to set up an appointment. He did not call. I called Ed again on 1/23/17. Left a message asking for him to give me a call to set up an appointment. He never did. Sorry Ed, the $9,000.00 job went to another contractor.

 + -1 moreJob was not done; not even an estimate given sine he was a no show, no call twice and then said he wasn't interested in the job.
Description of Work: Called to set up appointment for estimate. Answered phone each time I called. Was a no show for the first appointment. Set a second time for a couple days later...husband took time from work to be there for estimate. Again, no show, no phone call. When contacted again, said he "couldn't fit the job in this year." He hadn't even seen the job and this was his explanation for not showing up. I understand business can change, things come up in life but the least you can do is call the customer. Would NEVER recommend!!

 + -1 moreThey did an absolutely fantastic job! Their price was very good, and they showed great attention to detail. They worked hard to make sure the end product was pure perfection. They did a great job managing the water run off with proper drain placement and sloping. The end product is absolutely gorgeous! They were also very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Ed MacNamara and his team installed approx 800Sq feet of regular concrete under our deck, poured a service walkway, and installed approx 800Sq feed of stamped concrete around our pool

Description of Work: Nothing. Called him several times, was told he would call to let me know when he was coming on that day. No call, no show. Same scenario 2 days later...Called provider again and was told the same thing...same results.

 + -1 moreI would first like to say that MacNamara didn?t actually do any work for us. We tried to get Ed MacNamara to our house for an estimate. Two times he was a no-show and no-call. After the first missed appointment I called him to see why he didn?t come. He said something came up. So, we scheduled an appointment the following night. Again, no show and no call. At least call us if you can?t make it or tell us you?re not interested in the work. My time is valuable too. To his credit, he answered the phone each time I called him and he was polite on the calls. Too bad there was no follow through.
Description of Work: MacNamara Concrete was scheduled to provide an estimate for concrete work.
