I bought a new refigerator because mine didn't work. I got a good deal on a side by side and also was given an additional 10% for veterans (retired); much appreciated. Free delivery was booked for a Sunday afternoon off the store computer. Went to church early so not to miss the delivery; at 4:00 PM I gave them a call when no one showed up. They said they were here and I wasn't and there was no afternoon delivery, everyone went home. I spoke to the manager and he said he would give another 10% off and I would be the first on the list in the morning. I received it early the next morning but I had to go back to the store after the additional 10% wasn't taken off my bill; then it was. It was a mixed experience, but everything worked out okay.

The people they are very helpful as soon as you walk in especially if you are a woman and don’t know where you are going. Someone is always there and they are very gracious in asking if they can help you find something and they are very knowledgeable. It's a very nice and clean store. They are very good.

Their service was good. They have good quality plants and they guarantee them. I have no complaints with them, it's pretty much self service. If you have questions usually there is someone there to answer them. Other than that they are always reasonably priced.

They did a really nice job installing the garage door. I bought the windows from Lowe's and the subcontractors who installed the windows left the windows really loose and I am having to hire someone else to do the job properly. Lowe's is really inconsistent. The window job started in July and they just totally seem to be incompetent. Lowe's ordered the wrong windows and when they finally got the right ones in the finish on the outside looks fine, but on the inside you can actually put your finger tip in between the molding and the wall. They are energy star windows but there is air coming through anytime there is a wind and the sill was cold. I had an energy auditor come and look at it and all 7 windows were installed improperly. The windows were fine, it's the installation that was a really amateur, terrible job. We have been going back and forth with it and I finally got disgusted and decided to find someone else. I was really surprised that they would be so inconsistent. I think the person in charge at Lowe's doesn't really know how the installation should be so he can't come over and look at the windows and say whether it was done right or not. They did send another contractor out who said the installation was faulty, then they sent the original guys out and they said their installation was fine. They then sent their regional employee for Lowe's out and he said it was the window itself that had issues. So then they got back to the window company and that employee came out and he said no, it's the installation. Now the guy at Lowe's is waiting for the Regional rep for the window company to give him something in writing then he is going back to the original contractors. However, I think I am going to avoid all of this and go to some one else. The original installer at one point was supposed to be at my house at 11:30am, it was a day and a half after a snow storm and he called me up and said he hadn't dug his car out. I would not use them ever again for windows.

The process was very easy, and hassle free. They were finished with in two hours. The installers were great!!
