Beware! When Lets’ Move It owner was contacted by customer and police, he refused to investigate a theft that took place while his men were moving furniture. He refused to question his three men about the missing item. When police tried contacting the three movers, one man spoke to the police while the other two men would not return phone calls from the police. It appears they have something to hide. The owner took no responsibility for the theft that occurred. When allowing movers into your home you want someone you can trust, stay away from Let’s’ Move It.

Terrible company… please save yourself the hassle and do not book with them unless you want items stolen from your house. Not want you want the week before your wedding. Please avoid this company.

We were very impressed with the service we received from this company. The movers were fast, efficient and very courteous. They completed the move in half the time the time that was allotted. They provided exactly the kind of service we needed. We ratde them excellent and would use them again if we need too.

I thought they were excellent. It was raining the day they came to load the truck. They took extra special care of my belongings and furniture by wrapping them and protecting it from the rain. It had interviewed several moving companies and some of them said I had to do a certified check while Let’s Move It accepted personal checks. I thought this was exceptional because it’s difficult to deal with that while moving.

Everyone was extremely professional from coordinating the event to loading. They went above and beyond on a couple of occasions. Definitely recommend.

It went really well. They were willing to work on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. They were on time and did everything they said they would do. The price came out to be almost exactly what the estimate said it would be. They worked hard the whole time there were with us (didn't stop for smoke brakes constantly or anything like that) and they were very careful with our belongings and with our new floor to ensure they didn't damage anything. The only caveat to this company, and it's not a problem, just something you should be aware of before contacting them, is that they do not provide a truck and they will not drive a truck that you provide. They show up with all the necessary moving equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, etc...) and you provide the truck and driver.

The crew of three young gentlemen arrived early and were ready to work. They were very polite, professional and hard working. I cannot sing their praises enough. They were a joy to work with and I am so happy we chose this company for our move. Craig, the owner, was very responsive. He gave me an estimate based on what items I had to move, told me what sized truck to rent and his estimates were spot on! We saved plenty over the full service movers-- and why not? I would definitely use this company again!

The owner came to my house and assessed all of my furniture, he then gave me a price. Set up the moving van his men and they came to my condo on time loaded all of my items on the truck and then delivered them two days later. They unpacked all of my belongings and set up all of my furniture at my new condo. The service was prompt, they were very polite and took great care of my personal belongings from start to finish. I would hire them again in a heart beat they were awesome to work with and got the job done in a timely manner.

They provided labor to help us move. The owner came out and provided an estimate and gave extremely valuable tips on making the move easier and how many boxes we would need. The three employees he sent out arrived on time, were professional and competent and the billing process was very efficient and fair.

The movers started by asking what we expected of them and walked through the house with us to determine what stayed and what went. Then they set right to work. They were respectful and treated our possessions with care. When they had a problem or question, they asked. There was absolutely no damage and they did a great job. They were so polite that one of them was trying to reassemble our bed without any lighting until I realized no one had found a lamp and plugged it in for him to see by! I would not hesitate to hire them again (not that I want to move again) or to recommend them to anyone. The "B" rating for responsiveness refers to the scheduling end of it. My phone call was not promptly returned but I did not see that as a problem per se, just couldn't give an "A".

I called this company numerous times, as a friend had recommended it. Calling on Monday, I received a voicemail message saying that "we are closed for the weekend." I got the same message on Tuesday. I tried a few more times during the following week. Finally I called and left an explicit message that I was looking for moving services. No one ever returned my phone call.

I have recommended them to my friend probably four to five years ago. They came out even though it was a holiday. Their price was reasonable. I would use them in the future.

Despite a mix up in scheduling my move that I didn't realize until the morning of the move, I will be hiring to them in a few months to move me, again. The owner was great and the movers were a delightful pair!

The movers arrived sharpley at 9 a.m. and got right to work. The movers were polite, professional, efficient, and well organized, and really knew how to load the items in the truck with a lot of TLC.

They were great. They were on time, very efficient and very nice. They were very careful with all our furniture and they were quick. They got it done quickly than they said. I would trust using them. They were kind and polite. They were quite as reasonable as we thought.

I had a small amount of office furniture to move only a few miles - too little for traditional moving companies. Let's Move It provided the manpower to pack boxes, load (rented and driven by me) truck, and unload and place furniture at my home. They were courteous, clean, and very careful not to mar surfaces.
