Description of Work: My husband and I are working on bringing an 1800s building up to code for a retail store. We received quotes from many architects and selected John Edward Long. Many times John went above and beyond researching building code to find ways we could keep our code compliance costs to a minimum without compromising the integrity of the building. John was always on time to appointments and responded to emails and calls very promptly. His work was very detailed and complete showing detailed construction specifications and complete floor plans for each level including floors not in use. Our plans gave the building inspector confidence that our project will comply to code.
