After receiving numerous bids for installing an interlocking kit and all the rewiring required on my electrical circuit breaker, not only was John's price the most reasonable, he was also totally professional throughout the process. He listened carefully to what I wanted done, answered my many questions, and offered helpful suggestions. Unlike many other contractors these days, John was punctual in returning my phone calls, showed up on time as scheduled, and completed the work in a professional manor. Before leaving me on my own, John patiently walked me through the process of starting up the generator and energizing the appropriate circuits. I have complete trust in him and would highly recommend his services for any electrical work. Overall, it was a great experience.

It is rare to find a service person that always shows up at the appointed time, acts and works professionally and efficiently, and does not pad the charges. I latch on to providers like this, and John Swartz is one of them. With the recent lighting project at home, he and his crew arrived on the minute, finished quickly, and left the room spotless-- even taking out the packaging from the fixtures that we bought ahead of time. At my business, he rectified a significant pre-existing issue that prevented progress on a wiring project and didn't even charge for it. I will have him return to handle the wiring for a larger upcoming renovation project.
