We chose them because of their reputation and top quality. They are very easy to work with. They are real pleasant people.

We had chosen Tim Hoffman because we were impressed at how well built the homes were that we saw, and his professionalism and his great knowledge of construction He also has a good eye for detail and design. However, projects were delayed...always seemed we were told confidently by him "2 more weeks" for completion. He has a trusted crew for each step as to assure consistent quality and workmanship, so things did get back up with limited resources to draw from. Also, I feel ordering items and delivery of them for the home were delayed for whatever reason...causing delays to the next step to get things done. He was overall very knowledgeable, but did not offer up costs on a few things so we did have some surprises. The house appeared painted nicely, but we were not happy with the paint the painters were using...it was the quality of primer. Tim does stand behind his builds...when we had a problem with our furnace two years after we had been living in the house, and we were getting the run around, Tim was very responsive and stood behind us to get very quick resolution, and a new furnace! We also later had him add a covered patio on the back of our house because we trusted his workmanship and knew it would be done correctly!! Our covered patio was done perfect and in a very timely fashion...A+ here after we discussed our concern with delays with him. Even through some of the trying times, Tim always ended up pulling through for us, and we really enjoyed working with Tim and would definitely recommend him.
