Were responsive to questions, offered explanations to services and suggestions, provided different options and possibilities, and suggested rebate possibilities. They have scheduled the work, but that date has not arrived yet.

We initially had them add attic insulation up to current new construction code as well as seal the perimeter. This year we added insulation in our crawl spaces and sealed the basement using spray foam. Our 35 year old home is now about as efficient and tight as a new house. We got the owner to evaluate our conditions, get a detailed written estimate before the work was done. The crew was thoughtful, detailed work and great cleanup. They took time to answer all my questions.

Energy Smart performed an energy audit on our house and the facts (Infared images and blower doors tests) showed that we had significant air leakage. We engaged them to perform an attic sealing and insulation and the results are amazing. We had a retest done and the air infiltration was reduced by 34%. Our air infiltration was 6.58 air changes per hour prior to work performed and afterwards it was reduced to 4.34 air changes per hour. Code dictates less than 5 air changes per hour. We were happy with the quality of work and the guys took two days in very high heat (they wear ice packs on their chests while in the hot attic). We could not be happier with Energy Smart - John and Quentin were good to work with. We received about $800 rebate from PP&L also for the work done.

Install went well. Took little time. They cleaned some items that fell down from the attic but we did have to vacuum afterwards.

They were the only contractor who provide a detail list of work to be performed.

Very easy to work with. The owner himself came out to give me an estimate. Mark completed the actual insulation. He was quick and he did a great job cleaning up the area after doing the spray insulation. Highly recommend!
