+ -1 moreWe use them a lot. We pay them every time they deliver the oil. The people are very easy to work with. They have good prices, when I found them, I was using another company that was charging me exorbitant prices and they were charge a quarter of the price, and I have used them every since.
Description of Work: We use CPI Mechanical Contractors. They provide heating oil for one of my rental properties, and they also installed and maintained the heat pump in our house. They maintain a furnace at the rental property as well. They come by every month to fill up the oil in the apartment.

+ -1 moreFor servicing, CPI Mechanical Contractors has to come inside the house. The total for it is a little over $400 which I thought was very reasonable. We ask them if we needed to start budgeting for a new system. They also checked the efficiency of the system. They said "no." They were impressed with how high still the efficiency was based on its age. We use them because we know that they're honest and they have integrity. Someone could just come in and easily tell me "Oh, you need this and that." I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We have oil-fired hot water heat in our house. Our oil company is called CPI Mechanical Contractors. They are our system service and our oil providers. We had oil put in. They do a seasonal cleaning service. They found some parts that needed to be replaced and took care of all of that.
