Mark's work was meticulous and the result was simply perfect. He carefully washed inside and out, removing wooden and quot;gridand quot; inserts to get at the whole window, including on a high floor. Great Job! Cleaned the windows, window sills, screens in our 2600sq ft home (18 windows, 4 windowed doors, 2 double sliding glass doors). Very respectful of our new carpets. On time and worked hard the whole time he was at the house. Would use him again in the future without hesitation!

We hired this company to pressure wash our home and concrete walks/patios, plus wash our windows outside. He did a great job, more than we expected him to do, and in a very professional and timely manner. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before he left for the day. Mr. Macgruder cleaned the windows at two houses, mine and my mother's. He also pressure washed her patio and her garage door. The windows in my house are old, double hung, paned windows with storms. We have floor to ceiling windows in most of the rooms downstairs, with more than 20 panes each. He did a fabulous job, inside and outside. He was punctual, very professional, moved things that needed moving, and my windows now look like there is no glass in them, they are so clear. He did all of this without any harsh chemicals, which is important to me because I have pets. At my mother's house he did another wonderful window cleaning job, plus restored her patio to and quot;like newand quot; condition with pressure washing. I have already recommended him to everyone I know.

He arrived promptly despite a lot of recent rain. He returned my call promptly and we scheduled an appointment but of course, it rained. The first clear day, he arrived and went to work. He did an exceptional job - efficient and unobtrusive. He even did windows that a previous service and quot;couldn't get toand quot;. In fact, the service was so good that I asked him back for spring cleaning.

Mark came a little early which was fine with me since I hate to wait for people to show up. He estimated it would take 2 to 3 hours but he was done in less than 2 hours which was great. He was very pleasant to deal with and was careful not to disturb anything in the house.
