Great guys and good service

Professional, courteous, competitive pricing, and very responsive. The company did an excellent job installing an asbestos mitigation system in our basement. The were polite, kept the work area clean, and even more importantly, completed the task quickly and professionally. The best part is that they do not ask for payment until a post-abatement test is conducted and passes! I would highly recommend this company for your radon mitigation/abatement needs.

BASS was easy to talk with and very effective at scheduling a radon fan replacement. Rates of service were in line with the responsiveness and quality offered to my family.

Great experience with Bass! They were fast honest and took care of my problem the right way!

Quick installation through a brick wall., done in about 1 to 2 hours. They tested the radon levels in my house over a 48 hr continuous period, with an electric system sitting in our basement, both before putting the system in and after. We had the larger fan installed for the large amount of radon. The fan is pretty low notice in my opinion.

I would give this company more than 5 stars if that rating were available. The owner is hands on - dealing with everything from quoting to installation to follow up testing. VERY professional, VERY honest and frank and VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED. Explained the process and answered all questions.

BASS Air communicated quickly & clearly shortly after I indicated on Home Adviser that I wanted a bid to replace my radon fan that was getting very noisy (bearing going bad). Did the job of replacing the old fan in our radon mitigation system in the mid of winter cold. They were professional, fast and clean. Very pleased.

Jooik from BASS Air Quality Systems, and his assistant, arrived earlier than expected, which was totally fine. They got right to the job of replacing the old fan in our radon mitigation system. They were professional, fast and cleaned up after the job was done. Also, they were about $65.00 less than any other estimate which I received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of radon mitigation.
