Description of Work: My wife and myself were very satisfied with Mr Russ's punctuality, professionalism and efficiency. He offered us a number of options related to lighting problems in our house and helped us to choose the most practical and economical. Description of Work: I had him change a light socket into a plug outlet in the garage so I could put more lights up.Russ was on time and he explain what he was going to do,he cleaned up and I asked about another job it was putting a new outlet in the bedroom and running new wiring to the panel box and a new breaker he told me the price and he came back another day and installed the new outlet. You can tell if you can trust someone and Russ is the guy you can TRUST I had to go away and he was at the house alone I got back and he was done and cleaned up and locked the door when he left. Everything looks great I will call him again if I need any electrical work done. GREAT JOB RUSS

Description of Work: We had 2 wall mounted bathroom lights replaced, a bathroom exhaust fan replaced, and a house thermostat replaced. We payed for 2 hours of electrical service and this took just about 2 hours. Russ was very professional and cleaned up when he was done. We actually needed extra parts which he had in his truck and we paid for those extra. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment but that would actually be expected. Everything works and looks great!

Description of Work: No work was performed as the electrician backed out of the bid. Only complaint would be that the electrician waited over a week to contact us to let us know that they were busier with other work than they first thought. I wish I would have known a little sooner, as we needed to call another electrician for another bid. I gave a B for professionalism, as they did at least call us to let us know they were not going to submit a bid.

+ -1 moreI went with ADM because they were available immediately even though, their estimate was twice that of another electrician. I'm remodeling a remodel from 1960 in a 1928's home, and the guys also fixed an upstairs hall light a handyman had botched. We ran into a problem with the upstairs light fixture: after the ADM guys left, I noticed the bathroom light wasn't working, the bedroom switch turned on the hall light, etc. I called Russ at 7 the following morning, and the guys were back that day with the light situation remedied by 1 p.m. I definitely believe that good service is marked by how a company handles mistakes (which always happen.) The guys were punctual, polite, tidy, and very willing to answer my questions. As a woman customer, I especially appreciate contractors who treat me as an equal. A quality job done by a respectful group. Would definitely hire again.
Description of Work: RAN DEDICATED LINES FOR Dishwasher, under-cabinet MICROWAVE, AND COUNTER RECEPS. INSTALLED 2 GFCI'S ON COUNTERTOPS, SECURED old RECEP. ON KITCHEN WALL, REMOVED SINK LIGHT AND INSTALLED 2' TRACK W/PENDANTS. INSTALLED SWITCH AND GFI for track light REMOVED UPSTAIRS HALL LIGHT AND INSTALLED LIGHT BOX. HANG FIXTURE.
