I have been living here almost ten years and anytime i needed a plumber or hvac repair it has been a difficult thing to get done due to the remoteness of my location and finding a good company. Not any more TE Spall gets the job done professionally pretty close to on time for the appointments and with somewhat reasonable cost. My central ac was not working right and every aspect of the unit was checked out with some wiring burned so the tech fixed that and replaced a capacitor that was functioning at a below acceptable rate. I also had the eight year old unit cleaned out. The heater part of the hvac needed the power venter replaced due to corrosion and i thought it best to do it at the same time instead of two visits and the burner was badly in need of servicing as well. So i had all three things done with the one visit. The 148 dollar charge to clean the ac was a bit high considering the time that the cleaning took but the overall servicing of the unit took quite sometime and those charges were somewhat low for the time that was invested. Everything came out in the wash so to speak. Job well done. TE Spall performed in a totally professional manner. The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Diagnosis was done in a methodical manner with everything checked completely. Repairs were done over two visits due to parts needing to be ordered. TE Spall has a maintenance option for two visits a year with discounts on charges and i signed up for that. It is a good value and i know know i have a good company for the future. When i have a problem with my hvac i will call TE Spall. They are what a hvac service company should aspire to be. If you are looking for a good company to service your hvac dont think twice check them out.

They came yesterday. They were here for three hours. There actually turned out to be problem with my furnace, which I unfortunately had bought it from somebody else. They were not as familiar with the equipment as they would have been if they had installed it. But, they called the factory and spoke to the tech. They were here for a good 90 minutes working through the problem, and they solved it, which is difficult for them. They had installed a water heater for me at the beginning of the season, and I have had zero problems with the water heater. They did it well. They installed it properly. It has worked great. My electric costs have been down. I have had enough hot water from it. They have done superb work. They are very professional. I would use them again in the future.
