+ -1 moreCommunication is poor. It was difficult to get a hold of someone or get a call back to find out when I could expect service so that my wife or I could be home. Pricing was quite steep ($200 for less than 15 minutes in my house and a fairly inexpensive part) and the bill included no explanation of the charges. When I tried to get at least an explanation of the charges, I had to leave a message with a secretary and never got a call back.
Description of Work: Faucet leak, parts replacement.

+ -1 more.We had problems from the beginning. Fixture not properly install, sinks faucets, connections in the pipes were leaking inside the wall causing damage to walls and Trim. Faucets not install properly therefore they malfunction we had to get new one and install them properly in bathrooms and kitchen. Toilets not properly install, loose at the base and a constant running of water, had to pay someone else to fix it. Poor experience with Hi tech sink , kitchen and bathroom faucets and bathtubs.
Description of Work: We did a home renovation, most of the things installed they had to come and fix for poor installation or i had someone else fix it.
